1. Scope
- This policy applies to purchases made via amarientreprenuer.com by consumers.
- It covers physical goods sold through the marketplace by sellers using the platform.
- Items sold “as is”, custom-made/altered, or perishable may have different rules (see exceptions below).
2. Return Period
- You may request a return or refund within 14days after you receive the product.
- To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition (tags, labels, accessories) as received.
3. Requesting a Return / Refund
To initiate a return or refund:
- Contact our customer service via email at support@amarientreprenuer.com or use the returns form on the website.
- Provide order number, product name, date of purchase, and reason for return.
- We may ask for photos of the product to assess the condition.
4. Refunds, Exchanges, and Store Credit
- If your return is accepted, you can choose:
- a refund to the original payment method, or
- an exchange for a similar item (if available), or
- store credit valid for future purchases.
- Refunds will be issued within 30days after we receive the returned item.
5. Who Pays the Return Shipping?
- If the product is defective, damaged, or not as described → Amari Entrepreneur will cover the return shipping cost.
- If you are returning the product due to change of mind / wrong size / wrong colour ordered → you will be responsible for the shipping cost.
6. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Perishable goods (e.g. food items, flowers)
- Customised or personalised items made to your specifications
- Items sold “final sale” or “clearance” unless defective
- Items not returned in original condition (used, washed, damaged by user)
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a wrong, defective, or damaged item:
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Include photo proof of damage or incorrect product.
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, INCLUDING return shipping.
8. Refund Processing Time
- Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within [] working days using the original payment method.
- Please allow additional time for the payment service or bank to complete the transaction.
9. Cancellations Before Shipment
- If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately.
- If the product has not yet shipped, we’ll issue a full refund.
- If it’s already shipped, the standard return policy applies once you receive it.
10. Refund Amounts & Restocking Fees
- The refund will cover the product cost.
- Shipping fees (if any) may not be refundable unless the fault is ours.
- In some cases (e.g. large or bulky items), a restocking fee may apply — this will be clearly communicated before you make the purchase.
